JETSY JEWELRY SHIPPING POLICY

We're committed to delivering your travel-ready jewelry quickly and safely, wherever your adventures take you.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - FREE on orders over $150
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $150
  • International shipping rates vary by destination and are displayed at checkout

ORDER TRACKING

All orders include tracking! You'll receive:

  • Order confirmation email immediately after purchase
  • Shipping confirmation with tracking number within 1-3 business days
  • Ability to track your package in real-time through the carrier's website

If your tracking shows "no information available," please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update their system. For tracking assistance, email us at info@jetsyjewelry.com.

MULTIPLE ITEMS & SPLIT SHIPMENTS

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may occasionally ship in separate packages from different warehouses. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each package at no additional cost.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Need to change your order? Contact us immediately at info@jetsyjewelry.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to modify or cancel it. Once shipped, you'll need to follow our standard return process.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently ship to all U.S. states. However, we cannot ship to:

  • P.O. boxes for expedited/express shipping (standard shipping to P.O. boxes is available)
  • Military APO/FPO addresses (please contact us for special arrangements)
  • Certain restricted regions (we'll notify you at checkout if we cannot ship to your location)

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
  2. Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
  4. Email us at info@jetsyjewelry.com - we'll help investigate

Once marked as delivered, Jetsy Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we'll work with you to file a carrier claim.

Damaged Packages: If your jewelry arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at info@jetsyjewelry.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll send a replacement immediately or provide a full refund.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Carrier delays or service disruptions
  • Peak holiday seasons
  • International trade or tariff situations

We'll notify you of any known delays and provide updates as available. For urgent orders, we recommend selecting expedited shipping.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

During peak holiday seasons (November-December), please allow extra processing and delivery time:

  • Order early to ensure delivery before your desired date
  • Expedited shipping is recommended for time-sensitive gifts
  • Processing times may extend to 3-5 business days during peak periods

TRAVEL-FRIENDLY PACKAGING

All jewelry is carefully packaged in protective materials and elegant packaging - perfect for gifting or taking on your next adventure. Need special packaging for travel? Let us know in the order notes!

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

For high-value orders (over $200), we may require signature confirmation upon delivery for your protection. If you won't be available to sign, you can:

  • Arrange to pick up at a carrier facility
  • Provide delivery instructions in your order notes
  • Contact us to discuss alternative arrangements

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts:

  • We'll contact you to confirm the correct address
  • You'll be responsible for reshipping costs
  • Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs once the package is returned to us
