JETSY JEWELRY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Jetsy Jewelry, we want you to love every piece you purchase. We understand that sometimes items may not be exactly what you expected, which is why we've created a straightforward return and exchange policy.
15-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You may return unworn, undamaged items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all original packaging, tags, and protective materials intact.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Contact us at info@jetsyjewelry.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional but helps us improve)
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and, for domestic returns, a prepaid shipping label.
EXCHANGES
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Contact us at info@jetsyjewelry.com to arrange an exchange. Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we'll ship your exchange item at no additional cost.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You'll receive an email confirmation within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
RETURN SHIPPING
Domestic Returns (US): We provide a prepaid return shipping label. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Earrings (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@jetsyjewelry.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Description of the issue
We'll send a replacement immediately or provide a full refund, including original shipping costs. You will not be charged for return shipping.
SALE ITEMS
Items purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes are eligible for return within the standard 15-day window, unless specifically marked as "final sale."
GIFT RETURNS
If you received an item as a gift:
- Contact us at info@jetsyjewelry.com with your order number
- We'll issue a gift credit or exchange for the full value of the item
- Gift credits never expire and can be used on any future purchase
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Jetsy Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:
- Tracking your shipment using the provided tracking number
- Requiring signature confirmation for high-value orders
- Filing a claim with the shipping carrier if your package is lost or stolen
